Do not buy. Waste of money
Terrible does not work well now it doesnt even rotate after cat gets out i have to manually push the button, yes child lock is off. Been back and forth with service and they keep asking for videos and photos. Also had lights blicking took over hour to fix and then 2 days later same thing. So over this catbox going back to regular one and by the way only had for maybe 6 months.
