Meowant sent me a used litter box with cat hair, paper towel and some dried cat poop stuck to the base. I asked for a refund and customer service advised me to try cleaning the litter box. 0 stars if possible.

This has been the best product I've gotten for my cats. I have a multiple cat home with (fosters)visitors. I love this product so much I have purchased one for my mother and the business for our shop cats. It's so easy to assemble, program and the cats took to it so well!! With multiple cats and kittens I'm able to monitor everything and worry about nothing.

I love my meowant so far. I do not have any complaints yet. It’s only been set up for about 3 weeks. I’m just happy that I don’t have to clean the litter box daily because my meowant does it for me.
