Really enjoying these litterboxes. Previously a litter robot user for many years. Just got tired of replacing parts and the difficulty. Will have to see how meowant compares after 6 years and any repairs needed. These units are much quieter than the LR3's that I previously had. They are also a bit small so a space saver. My cats had no issues trasistioning from the LR3 to the meowant.

We love it so far. Cats seem to like it also.

This works just as advertised and saves me so much time. My cats adapted to it without any problems.

It was easy to set up and it works great. So glad I purchased it.

Easy to set up

I just got mine put up this morning. It’s afternoon now and it’s already been used!!! I have multiple cats, so I’m hoping they will all use it and I can get another one instead of the other litter box!!!

Bought this August 19th. Order gets delivered 23rd. 30-day trial begins. One week in, I noticed that it takes over 10 minutes for the cycle to finish because of frequent and long stops. Urine also leaks from it. I reached out on the 3rd of September about the rotation issue. And September 11th about the leaking urine issue (because it happened again). Meowant team tells me the rotation problem might be because of the drum and that they will be sending me a new one. They did not give me a direct answer about the leaking urine situation leaving me to believe that it's something that happens so they don't feel the need to address. By September 11th, so 18 days in of the 30-day trial the new drum arrives. I told them I would like to restart my 30 days trial because they sent me a faulty product and was told that they can't. This is absurd and terrible service. I requested to return the product because at this point, I don't know if I can fully test this product if I only have 12 days left to try it out. That's less than two weeks to decide whether it's a good product or not. I still have my Litter Robot 3 which hasn't given me any issues since I bought it in 2019! I just wanted to try something different because I wanted to downsize. Though SC01 is slightly smaller, for it to have so many issues already it's not worth it. I would not recommend this product and would splurge a bit more on Litter Robot 3. Whiskers's (Litter Robot company) customer service is amazing and you can call them directly. - Update: They sent me a replacement drum that had a crack in it. Just terrible company. Instead of sending me a properly functioning drum in good condition and letting me restart the trial, they would rather waste money sending me another replacement or giving me back a full refund. Who is the brain behind this company?
