I was about to give you a glowing review, and then my cat clawed the soft bottom of the machine. Now it's all torn up, and now it's completely ruined. Hopefully, you have an exchange policy. I would hope you can find a stronger material that can stand up to cat claws.

It’s just a little small for adult cats other than that love it

Love the box. I have 2 cats that took to it immediately. BUT.... I do wish the litter pan held a bit more litter. I have one cat that likes to pee to the front of the box and I am having to manually scoop her mess off the front lip. The box doesn't clean it.

Great customer service. I've contacted them twice and got an answer the next day. I had solved the problem myself both times but they gave clear and concise instructions. Great companyn

I thought it was going to help with the smell though out the house. It’s worse and even with the mat It is very messy. I’m hoping for a easy refund.

Litter machine did not stop when my cat put her head inside. Had to use force to get it to register something was there and actually stop. Tube spins in a 360 degree around with the hole ends up underneath at some point in the cleaning process. If the power or electricity goes out and you're not around or home, cat could technically get trapped in there. Was never used, only tested. Could have been a good design, but I had no idea that it put the tube upside down and this is really unsafe. I asked for a return label, but instead got another email to write a review. I got another brand where the hole is always open and it stops when somethig is even inside the rim of the unit. I wanted to try both, but would be devastated if my cat ended up getting stuck in it. Update when they responded to my request for a return label, they focused on defending things that I know are unsafe for my cat based on her just putting her head inside and it not stopping. They didn't send a return label or authorization with the message. I let them know they forgot that info and am waiting again. Update to response 10/23/2025: thanks for the canned response. The product was not only defective, but you still haven't worked with me on a return. Not even good at gaslighting, but so obviously you offer a 30 day trial and don't honor it. 12/2/2025 I had checkd return shipping and it was 300, more than the unit cost. This company is not honrable on their 30 day guarantee, because they must know that. Their bank refused to adjust or make them provide a return label, where they probably get a better diacount than I would. I would not recomment this company ever. Order at your own risk. Now I have a huge 3 foot by 3 boot box ready to return that they never intended to accept anyway.
