I have only owned it a week but so far I love it

There is no phone number, so response time is “delayed.” No. Response time is almost nonexistent. Two weeks for an issue is ridiculous. The charger went out in my litter box, so I emailed them. The email I got back told me they were on “vacation,” so the response times would be delayed for a few days. Ok we’re 15 days later and you might get an email a day. Also, you pay for shipping to return an unwanted item if “nothing is wrong with the product.” The only reason I bought a new one is because I wasn’t getting an answer. Horrible customer service.

This litterbox was easy to set up and the cats were in it within 5 minutes. We have one that is the definition of a “scaredy cat” and another that is the ideal of “curious like a cat” they both love it and haven’t even looked at their old box since getting this one set up. It seems to work well and is extremely quiet. Can’t smell the collection box unless you open the door, which I’ve done a couple times just to check on how much they’ve used it so far. It’s only been a couple days and the box has plenty in it proving how much they like it. As long as everything keeps going this well with it I will be extremely happy and will probably purchase a second one to put downstairs for them.

I've only had my machine for one day but so far I like it better than my litter robot. It's easy to set up, super quiet. Took 10 minutes and one of my cats went right in. I already like how the waste never leaves the globe to get in the rotation mechanism like my litter robot that messes up all the time.

This litter box was very easy to set up and works as it should.

The unit is leaking on the bottom and they keep asking for photos. I have described the issue but they just keep coming back wanting more information. I need someone to call me to troubleshoot the issue. Trying to do this over email is not working

I spent a lot of money for something my cat refuses to use.
