We’ve only had this a few days but so far we love it! Our cat has taken to it pretty easily, she still gets a little nervous about the sounds it makes so I do have it waiting about 15 min for the cleaning cycle starts just so I know she’s definitely away from it when it starts. She’s pretty skittish in general so I don’t want it to stress her out anymore than she is. The only reason I ranked it 4/5 stars is because I do wish the basin was either a little deeper or went up higher. She likes to pee right again the front wall in normal littler boxes so it makes it a little shallow for her. Still works fine though and of course is better than scooping!!

This was great for about 10 months. Now it won’t rotate or clean. I have taken it apart and cleaned it completely many times. Customer service sucks. Keeps giving me the run around and wanting video after video of the machine not working. I have had it with this company. Do NOT buy this brand. You will regret it once it breaks down.

I love the automatic nature of this cat box. It is very quiet as advertised. However it will not connect to my wifi and I am currently researching possibilities/alternatives. It may be because we have a higher gHertz than the recommended 2.4. I would give you the extra star if we can get this sorted.

Moving from the Litter-Robot 3 to this new box has been a major step up, especially since it only cost half the price! Not only does it look much better than the LR3, but it also appears to be a nicer overall unit. My cats seem to love it and have an easier time getting in. It even came with great extras: a mat, litter bags, and fresh scent bars to keep things smelling good. The only minor drawback I've found is the small disposable waste area. Otherwise, this is a fantastic product!

So far this machine is working great for my five cats. I had another brand earlier and it lasted for just a little over one month, then quit working! Figures crossed this will continue to be functional.

So far, so good! It works and it's quiet. My cat thoroughly inspected this "new contraption" and used it first day. *I* think it's very quiet but she will wake up from a dead sleep when it starts it's cleaning mode and watches it do it's thing. Once it's done, she comes right back. We've only had it 2 days so I'm sure the curiosity will wear off.

Easy set up and great price!

My cat doesn’t really like it yet and the first time she used it, she walked in, lifted her tail and peed right out the opening of the litter box and all over the rug I had placed in front of it. I’ve had it now for a week and she’s used it twice. I have her second box still available for her, she used to only poop in the second box but now she’s doing it all in there. She’s not large, but it seems like it’s too small for her. Not sure yet if she’ll get used to it or if she’ll continue to go pee right out the opening onto the rug. For now, I’m not thrilled with it.
