I was very skeptical honestly, but I have 4 cats and was scooping constantly. I needed help! I love my cats, but after putting the litter robot together I thought my cats were afraid of it. It is so quiet I never heard them use it. Until I opened the back and the little bag was half full. Thank you for such an awesome product.

The entire experience has been great, from ordering to shipping to set up and then use. My cat (approx 8 yr old, 5 pound female tortie) took to the box immediately. I was able to remove her old box the next day. I love that the app is able to give time/duration/weight of usage. I haven't had any issues at all. Have it set to 15 minutes and when it starts cycle, my cat is always interested in watching. I am in love with this machine and I'm pretty sure my cat is happy not to step on yuckies.

Nice upgrade from the first model ( opening was too small). Hope it performs as well as expected!

It is simply too small. Our kittens were born in July and weighed about 4 pounds each. It is too small for them. They cannot cover their waste, and simply don't know how to act. They scratch the side walls in an effort to cover up. Also in my opinion the mesh is too large. It works well as far as dumping the waste, and resetting. It is just too small. I can't imagine how an adult cat would fare.
