Easy to use. Have not cleaned unit yet, so jury is still out on that

They sent me a used litter box that had litter in it and smelled like cat pee. Globe was dirty. The box was a mess, retapped, everything thrown inside the globe, used deodorizers, open and used box liners and no manual. I am beyond disgusted. I contacted customer service and her very apologetic self sends me an online manual and asks me if I could put together the box and see if it functions properly. Ummmm ma’am, I think you’ve missed the part where I paid a hefty penny for a brand new one and you sent me one smelling like cat pee. SMH

I ended up buying a different cat litter box and when I went online to find the instructions that I paid a good amount of money for I found out that my cat little box that I had bought had killed other cats, but the manufacturers kept taking them down I then did a review of your cat box and I can tell you my snickerdoodle absolutely loves it and so so do I

I like the fact that there’s less litter on the floor. The only complaint I have is some of the wet litter sticks to to side of the container instead of dumping in the bin.

My order was delivered quickly and I received several updates about my order. One of my cats took to it instantly, we are still working on the other cat. There were instructions included for everything including how to help your cats get used to using it.

These bags are great. They are the perfect size and are simple to change or replace.

Wish I had purchased this sooner!

Packing is a little extreme, otherwise a great delivery undamaged. Good job folks
