Worst ever. It’s messy it doesn’t clean all the poop and even with the deodorizer it smell like shit! I e had this only a couple of weeks and poop smears all over it I’ve had to clean it almost every other day. I’ve wasted so much litter and it’s probably why they give you a free box of bags. I want my money back and nobody has gotten back to me. Totally avoiding me. It’s effing SAD!

Shipped quickly, easy to assemble and the app is easy to navigate.

I inadvertently duplicated my order, but Melody on the CS team quickly stopped the shipment and arranged for a refund. This, despite the fact that my order had already generated a tracking number. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Full marks-I’m a fan!

Missing plastic guard with kitty on it. Missing phone number for customer support. Do not see the app. And no instructions on how to connect to WiFi or app. Very frustrating.

Our Meowant came in so much quicker then expected! So far our girls love it, we are thinking the fact that they have fresh liter every time they go is what's made the transition so easy! She does tend to go in certain spots which has always been a thing, so the machine itself has been a little dirtier than most, but the clean up is super easy! The app is fantastic as well!

I just rescued a kitten and purchased this automatic litter box.. it arrived on schedule.. was easy to set up .. and am happy with my purchase so far..today is the first day I’m introducing it to the kitten and I’m sure it will be awesome.
