Dear customer, thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the Wi-Fi connection. We understand how frustrating this can be. Please note that as mentioned in the user manual, our Meowant litter boxes are compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only, and not with 5GHz networks. This is a technical limitation of the device, as it requires the broader range and compatibility offered by 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. We apologize if this was not clear at the time of purchase.
