If a cat urinate close to the edge of the litter bed the soiled litter sticks to the edge and doesn't get deposited into the waste bin. The machine also cycles to quickly after urination for the litter to solidify and ends up stuck to the outside of the waste door. Your product has a lot of good attributes but you need to work out the issues mentioned. I would like to return my Meowant automatic litter box.

Somewhat easy set up. How to install the gate was confusing. Having to tilt the drum to install was not a 100% sure on. But I did get it. It works great and my kitty took right too it. Just don’t feel like it’s taking all the litter box smell that I was hoping for. But I’m new to litter boxes so I may just need to add some deodorizer.

I panicked and tried to cancel my order after purchasing the automatic cat box. There were good and bad reviews, and the bad were about customer service. I contacted meowant, thinking my box was shipping from China and that there would be invisible customer service. Every email was answered and my order was shipped from California. It arrived quickly and seems to be a quality product. Well packed, and virtually nothing to assemble, just tape to take off, similar to a new kitchen appliance. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. Cat was very inquisitive but it was super easy to reset the clean cycle to 5 minutes so she wouldn’t keep sticking her head in to see what was happening. LOL. (And of course that would stop the rotation). Just removed the old box from the area today. And no smell. I use the sustainably yours corn small litter because she is a sphinx, eats constantly, and her stool tends to be pudding consistency. The 5 minutes delay gives it time to clump well. Super happy so far!
