I don't like the rubber mat at the bottom of the unit & I don't like the small amount off litter it holds. It is easier to get the litter in the box compared too the round front option, but the cons outweigh the pro

I love everything about this litter robot! My cats took to it right away.

Extremely easy to physically set up and connect to WiFi for this moderately tech savvy person. The instructions were easy to follow. This is my first automatic litter box. I have 4 cats and they all started using it immediately. No introductions needed. My 17yo cat has renal disease, I appreciate the ability to monitor her weight on a daily basis. My only complaint is a small’ish litter receptacle. With 4 cats it fills up fast!! Still 100% better than scooping. I will get a few more in the future!!! Sarah

The shipping is fast and the response and the litter box is amazing and user friendly. It was a game changer for us and our cat.

The service still has not even answered the question I asked! I communicated three times through email and it doesn't even seem like they even understood English. When I factored in that the reason they want Wi-Fi Hass to do more with the app on your phone not the actual litter box I finally decided to say heck with it, and take the litter box out of the box and attempt to use it without Wi-Fi, I do not have Wi-Fi in my home and have no plan on getting it and was not planning on keeping a litter box that required it. But once I found out, I could use the litter box without it. I deleted the email and attempted the litter box.

This is my second purchase as I have multiple cats. I came back because my first purchase was simple and the product received was above expectation. This purchase was just as simple . My cats love the first litter box and I am sure they will love this one just as much.
