Great litter box!!
My cat is fairly new to my household, and I wanted her to have nice things. She previously used a pellet litter box and it was a huge mess and a pain to clean. I got this because it’s reasonably priced, and it had great reviews overall, with a few bad ones. But to each his own. I love the odor eliminator and the waste disposal bin. It’s conveniently placed on the machine, while keeping odor to a minimum. I change it once a week for my cat. It works amazingly. It took my cat a day to finally go in it. She is 9.5 years old and a pro at it now. The safety sensors are great and stop the cleaning cycle if there’s any detection of the cat entering. She seems to like using it now! I will say, the only thing I had to change was the timer. I set it to 10 minutes after my cat has used it for the clean cycle to allow the litter to absorb and clump well. Since doing this, I have virtually no mess, I wipe out the inside once a week when I empty the waste bin. Their customer service has been great as well. Somehow my odor eliminator got cancelled but they were quick to fix it. Overall, it is an amazing machine. :)
