It was super easy to set up. My one cat used it as soon as it was ready. Im hoping the other two will use it as well. Super quiet. Just not sure about the 15 day change of the deodorizer. That could get expensive. Otherwise, so far so good. Im so looking forward to not scooping 2 litter pans.

So far service has been amazing. Order came quickly. Cats are still trying to adjust but I am happy.

The litter does not completely empty all of the soil areas. Need to scope some of it out. Bit disappointed with this.

I'm getting an email to ask me how they did when I haven't received the product yet or even got a confirmation number that it's been shipped out and it's been a week since I ordered so that's pretty poor customer service or error in shipping. Please send me my litter box and don't ask for reviews before they have been sent.

Never received They said it shipped. I was supposed to get it on the date that it was saying it was arriving never arrived.

Never recieved. Tracking said I refused it but I never received it. It went back to seller I am trying to get a refund.

I have only had it for a short time but I have learned that deep cleaning it is very hard because it just one big unit so getting into little nooks is hard. Mine will not always clean after a clean leaves not sure if its an app or machine problem. The app will tell me their is a cat in it but they is not. I use a corn bast clumping litter because I don't like clay litters not healthy for animal or human if you ask me. So at the moment not a big fan for the money but hopefully it.will get better.
