The cat box arrived in a satisfactory time from ordering to delivery. It was easy to assemble and one of our cats used the box the same evening we set it up. I have not installed the app yet but plan to do so.

Great communication with this seller. I ordered 3 litter boxes from them and they were quick to let me know to expect 3 different shipments. The shipments arrived at the same time and in a timely manner.

My package was marked as delivered but i never received it. The company won’t let me file a claim to get my money back.
