I left the box on my living room floor for 2 days because I dreaded putting it together… and then when I opened it, magic! lol it took about 2 minutes and what I personally love is that I plugged it in, and it works! I didn’t have to download the app and have Wi-Fi for it to work (which I do intend to do). I’ve had it running less than a week, and so far I love it. I have a large cat who couldn’t fit inside the previous self-cleaning litter box and litter was all over the floor daily. I was hesitant to replace it, though, even though the litter cost was ULTRA high each month 150-250, because it was the only kind I’d used that actually got rid of the smell prior to this! I give it 10 stars, the area stays clean, no smell, it’s so quiet (my friend had litter robot and it is loud!), and best of all my very large cat fits in it! I have 2 cats, they both transitioned super easily, and they have attempted to go in when cleaning cycle starts out of curiosity, on multiple occasions now. It works as expected, stops, waits and the sensors are great too. I wish I bought it sooner especially with the money I will save over that litter I was buying before!

UPDATE #2- They sent me a new box. It set right up straight out of the box. Now to see if the cats will use it! I’m amending this review to 3 stars, only three due to the extreme hassles. UPDATE- After a few back and forth emails w/customer service sending videos of the issue (not sure they are actually reading mine fully), they have stated they are trying to find a ‘relevant technician’, and I haven’t heard from them in three days. Pretty sure they have ghosted me. I’ll be contacting the BBB Monday. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought this machine for a Christmas present, so of course my 30 days is passed for free returns. I have been contacting customer service three times with no satisfaction, only receiving an email stating that they are receiving a high volume of emails. The machine I bought will not work! It won’t even factory reset. I really need customer service to contact me, but I’m starting to think I’m not going to hear from anyone.

I bought two litter boxes. We are using one of them and that one is working out well so far. There are some parts to which soiled litter is sticking, but nothing unmanageable. I need to return the other litter boxes (unopened box) due to space limitations. The return process feels like a unsolvable detective case and the communication I’ve received from the company hasn’t been helpful thus far. Update: It gets worse. I spent $66 to send the unopened litter box (delivery box still taped up, untouched) to the returns address I was given via email. The box was returned to me “undeliverable; return to sender.”

All wrong from the outset and the terrible customer service only made things worse. I purchased the litter box in October and received one that was obviously used, with cat feces and urine smeared along the drum. Against my better judgment, I sanitized and set up. My cat acclimated immediately. However, within two days the machine began sticking periodically, stopping in its rotation with the opening pointing up toward the ceiling rendering it unusable. My poor cat was forced to urinate outside the box, damaging my home. I emailed requesting a new unit and was asked for photos. I complied. Then, I was asked for videos. I complied with a renewed request for another unit or refund. Responses came slower and slower, with each email demanding more photos or more videos—just delaying the inevitable. Today, December 26th, I received a reply after weeks of no response saying the machine worked fine in the videos I sent (despite my saying that the malfunction was periodic, not constant—I couldn’t capture the malfunction and shouldn’t have to take hours of videos trying to). I was essentially told it was fine and the problems were imagined. Repeated requests for a new unit or refund fell on deaf ears. I should never have received this unit to begin with as it was used and filthy. Buyer beware. Mediocre product made profoundly more atrocious by the abysmal customer service.

I want to return. I bought this, and It smells so bad, the waste bin has small openings all around the door, so the odor comes out. They should have made the deodorant on the door, and put rubber around the door to seal it tightly. Also the screen lets small poop balls go through it, then it puts in back into the clean liter. They should make the screen holes smaller. Also the pee with litter gets stuck on screen. This is an expensive nightmare. I wish I did buy it. Also, the door inside to the waste bin stays open and the smell is horrible. I change the bag regularly, and also put litter deodorizer in the waste bin over the waste.
