Our unique filter openings are designed to work with a wide range of clumping litters, including tofu litter, bentonite litter, and mixed types. For best performance, we simply recommend using litter with particle sizes no larger than 0.59 inches, along with good water absorption and fast clumping. If the litter used does not meet these general guidelines, it may cause abnormal dumping or spillage. Our support team would be happy to help review your situation and assist with a solution.
