Love the automatic cat litter box. Getting everything was not easy and when ordering the items. Would have been easier and less aggravating if the items extra I ordered said out of stock. Communicating with customer service is very lacking in getting it solved.

Never buy from this company! The litter box arrived with a piece of the plastic broken. The company then gave me the run around with back and forth e-mails over month and refused to let me return the item even though I requested the refund within their 30-day policy. They do not honor their own return policy and took at least a week to respond to each e-mail. I would highly advise against buying from this company!

Easy to order and was delivered promptly. Our cats love this litter box. The setup was a breeze.

I received the meow want litter box yesterday. It came very quickly, but it would’ve been nice if I would’ve gotten the tracking number and information ahead of time as FedEx just kind of dropped the box off by my neighbors mailbox in the rain. We’ll have to see how well the cats adjust to it and use it unfortunately I do not have Wi-Fi at home yet so I cannot utilize the additional features of it. I’m hoping to get fiber at our house soon so this way I can connect.
