This will be the 2nd unit I have purchased. My first one is not even a year old and unfortunately the rubber liner has been ripped. I have contacted customer service and they are saying they cannot find my purchase and I would have to purchase a new drum for $79.99. Going forward with this purchase I will be keeping and documenting my whole transaction just in case.

Still haven’t received my order. Please don’t list things as being in stock if you can’t deliver in a reasonable time. It was noted as being in stock when I ordered. The change to pre-order was in your side. Still annoyed. The smaller one works great. Hopefully this larger one shows up soon.

The issue that I have so far is I have not gotten it, I ordered this on the 4th and as of today apparently has not even shipped yet, and today is the 13th. The site said it would be usually 3 to 5 business days from the order date, my issue is I thought I ordered it early enough because I'm moving, it was 2 weeks from the date that I ordered it and it has not even shipped yet, most likely it will arrive at my old address and I will have no way to get it.
