Product is wonderful. I love the app. It really helps me track what is going on with my cat. Products delivered quickly. Inquired about cat litter and there was a very quick response.

I ordered the Large Litter box last weekend, which according to the website says it ships in 1 day. The next day I ordered Litter because I realized the Litter box does not come with any litter. The litter was shipped the same day but The litter box still hasn't shipped. I reached out to find out what is going on and have received no response from the company. You should not put shipping times on your website if they are not correct. Still waiting to hear something.

I ordered my SC09 auto litter box which turned out to be on back order. The customer Support team was amazing. They sent me communications frequently letting me know the status of my order, when it was shipped to the end advising me of the delivery completion. This is my 2nd Meowant auto cat litter box and I love the product. I have the smaller SC02 Model for 2 years and have had zero trouble thusfar. I am happy however to know that should I need additional help with any issues the service offered by the Meowant team is spot on!! Thank you from my 4 kitties and myself(^.^)(^.^)(^.^)(^.^)

This litter box works well after I figured out what I needed to know and I did a cleaning and that was easier than my other self cleaning litter. The cats love to watch it do the cleaning and it's entertainment for them.

I do not recommend this larger unit! We found it to be defective, and dangerous! My cat had just stepped in, and the box started turning with him in it! Luckily he was able to escape. We had the smaller box and never had an issue. The larger box is the perfect size, but not at the expense of my cats life! **Update** Meowant finally sent a new base, but I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get a new one. The unit has now been functioning fine. However, I caution anyone to be careful and only use the unit manually.

***** I owe you an apology. The litter box WAS delivered to a neighbor, who neglected to mention it for over two weeks. That said, I believe that there is room for improvement at your end: You did not notify me when the litter box shipped, which is absolutely standard operating procedure; I would never have authorized such a major purchase being delivered without a signature. You did not tell me it would come via FedEx, when the liners arrived via USPS. But you did deliver your product. Anyone reading this review should kindly disregard my first statement. Original review: If I could give you a zero, I would. I ordered the Meowant Self-Cleaning Litter Box (order 112955) with the special litter box liners. Only the liners were delivered. I have been trying without success to reach you to ask when the box itself will arrive. You claim that the entire order arrived on April 14th. This is the order #: USPS 9214490358936704345666
