Great Product, Great Service
I have used several automatic litterboxes, an have looked hard trying to find something that actually worked, didn't get stuck and could handle two cats. The Meowant SC02 fit that bill. It worked great for a year, then we started noticing that litter was leaking. The liner on the bottom had torn. I tried a couple half-assed attempts to fix with tape and superglue, but finally started to look online for a replacement part. It was then I realized that they had a 2 year warranty. I submitted a claim and was denied. It appears when I ordered mine (1 year and 12 days before the claim), the warranty was only 1 year, and it had recently been upgraded to two years. I contacted service and explained the situation. They explained that they had only recently changed the warranty, and because I was so close to the original -- they would honor the warranty and send me the part. Yea! Great service, going the extra mile.
