We love this litter box. It works great in our 3 cat. Household are cats are constantly curious about the activity in the litter box.The smell has been reduced significantly, and the litter box is super.Easy to clean

I am very pleased with the XXL cat litter box; it is a significant improvement over the standard size. You have the flexibility to use tofu litter or any other type of litter you prefer. My 20lb cat, along with all four of my cats, absolutely adores it. It has truly been an excellent investment.

My order never arrived and customer service could only be contacted via email which makes it slower/ harder to get the issue resolved. I’m waiting for an email reply regarding my order.

Fast arrival, easy set up, but now is the test, to see if it actually works. I have had 2 litter robots with terrible customer service and endless problems with high cost. Hoping for something that actually works.

i just got the litter box today and set it up. it was quick and simple. 2 problems i found. i added the litter witch was a problem. i wish they would add a setting on it for adding litter where it would turn the opening up so you can poor in the litter. and second after i put in the litter and hit the button to level out the litter it said a can entered and it could not dect if the cat left and would not let me reset it for 15 min. then it just up and did it after one of my cats did enter the box and mad a mess because the litter was just in a pile and he leaked in one end because he is as long as the box is wide witch stuck and i have to dig in with a scoop to break it loss from the bottom so it would deposit it in the tray. also where can i get more bags for this they are smaller then the old box i have.

Easy ordering and fast delivery ( FedEx left at someone else’s House. You may want to find a different shipping company) After I found my items. Setup was easy and simple. Both are now near both of the meowant litter robots that I and my cats just love!!!
