Everything went good! But not having the replacement liner is just a hustler move. It has screws it can be removed!

I’ve had such an unfortunate encounter with this company. Their customer support is below standard. Refund policy is questionable as well. I would not trust them.

I did not get my gel pods that I ordered, I ordered the meowant Sc02 and got the draw string bags and the deodorizers but I only got the litter box and the draw string bags but no deodorizers and it’s disappointing since I spent $24 on it and haven’t received it.

I received an email that the gel packs were on back order which is fine, and that the liners and the cat litter would be mailed together however there was only cat litter in the box and no liners and I used my last liner this morning so know I don’t know what to do as I’m sure I will have to change it before I get my liners.

I love the first box I got. I have 1 larger cat that the new box gives much more room for him. I no sooner got the new box set up and cats promptly went in.

The holes are large and small feces does not end up in the trash container. They stay in the clean litter. This is a relatively expensive product and it’s not accomplishing the goal. My cat is 12.3 lbs which is not a small cat.

Love this litterbox it makes having indoor cats much more enjoyable

It was a little hard to connect thru our 5g internet but finally succeeded. I wish the app was a little better and colorful. As for the unit, I’ve had it one day and so far awesome! One cat taken to it but the other still not sure about it. Quiet and runs as promised. Good product for your money!
