We received our box in just a few days. The box is exactly as described and it works great. It's safe and it doesn't make the house smell bad. The price shown is what we paid. We got a discount on both boxes although we purchased them separately. It is not loud. You don't even hear it when things are going on in the house and barely hear it when it's quiet in the house. Box detects cats being in or on top of it and won't move until they are gone

Ordering was easy and the shipment arrived in an expected time frame. So far, I'm happy with the product.

Ordering and receiving was very quick

The product I received is good and works as advertised. The main problem is that they are out of stock of replacement parts and supplies on a brand new product. You’d think a company would plan ahead enough to not immediately be out of stock on such things for a brand new offering.

Let me start off by saying the experience wasn't great. It was OK. First, I couldn't pay with shop and get installments. If I wanted the box, I had to pay the entire amount at purchase time. Even that was difficult and unnecessarily complicated. Delivery was promised in 3 days which seemed really quick. Not to worry, it wasn't delivered in 3 days, it was delivered in 4. So, it came today and Fedex didn't disappoint, the outer box was damaged BUT the litter box , itself, was fine. All the directions for setting it up and getting it ready were clear and concise. Couldn't have been easier. I plugged it in, leaving the old box next to it for a moment. Came back and the cat had come in, seen two boxes and (here's the BEST part) had chosen the new box with no getting used to it needed. Guess I made a good purchase after all.

I ordered on line by changing delivery date. Easy!

We love the SC09 for our cattery. I have it on manual so our kittens can use it. They started using it at 4 weeks old with fresh step extreme clump. They just made the required weight set by Meowwant for it to be set on automatic mode. The app is very easy to use and like the fact it takes the weight of each cat. I still use a small scale for a more accurate weight. I just purchased my second SC09, I love the large size and low entry level. We breed Orientals so they are smaller as kittens and they had no problem getting into it. I recommend the SC09 100%!!! Deanna Blueskycattery.com
