After being forced to use the litter box, I can safely say it's not a good litter box. It's leaked urine, it's almost impossible to properly clean, and it won't run the empty cycle when the button is pressed. (We had to unplug the base and plug it back in to get it to empty, which is only did because that's what it does when it's powered on.) And we aren't using cheap litter. We're using Dr. Elsey's. But still it leaks urine, still the litter clings to the sides of the drum and inside the waste basket compartment. It's an absolute mess to clean up, and wet litter got into the clamps that hold the waste basket lid shut. We can't get it all out. So on top of abhorrent customer service, the really expensive litter box isn't even worth the money. Avoid this company and their awful products.

Regarding the urine leakage, this can sometimes occur if the automatic cleaning cycle is triggered before the litter has had enough time to fully absorb the liquid. We recommend trying to extend the auto-clean delay timer in the settings to give the litter more time to clump properly. This adjustment often resolves the issue.
