MemberPress is reliable and full featured
MemberPress is just the most reliable and complete membership plugin for WordPress. I have done a lot of research before choosing MemberPress. We have thousands of users and everything works really well. Their support is top notch, which is a really, really important point.

Friendly and professional every time

Memberpress stand tall amoungst competitors
Choosing Memberpress for my course creation platform was a no brainer. As a developer I’ve built a handful of websites for client using other tools and have found Memberpress to be superior! Ease of use, integrations galore and the best part is how easy it is for my clients to adapt to using the software on their own.

I started using MemberPress a year ago…
I started using MemberPress a year ago for my site, which offers premium podcast feeds and courses for learning medical Spanish. I have been very happy with it. The setup is easy. The support articles and videos are succinct and easy to follow. The customer support has been top notch. Finally, and most importantly, everything works! I have not had one problem since I started using MemberPress. Robust system. I recommend it.

Memberpress lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Plugin ist sehr ausgereift, auch wenn wann einige Zeit braucht um sich einzuarbeiten. Für uns ist die Möglichkeit Discord Rollen automatisch zu verwalten einfach genial. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der top Support. So wie hier wird selten wo geholfen. Das Team ist wirklich top. Bemüht sich alles zu lösen, sogar wenn der Hoster etc das Problem verursacht. Memberpress kann man wirklich empfehlen, wenn man für WordPress, Discord, usw eine Verwaltung zahlender Mitglieder haben will. Auch für Vereine eine top Möglichkeit.

Thank you for your candid remarks. The most helpful reviews are those submitted by our customers who have experience using our product. I looked into your situation and found out what happened. It looks like a feedback survey you completed on our website triggered the TrustPilot automated invite to submit a review. TrustPilot asks us to invite all customers to leave a review, which builds trust in the fairness of the reviews. As you point out, it's best if people have had a chance to install, activate, and use the plugin though! This is why we wait to trigger the TrustPilot automation until a customer has taken some action in their account. In your case, the trigger was met when you submitted the brief feedback questionnaire in your account.
