If there were zero stars as an option, I would give Memberpress that rating. They're a sham! In their documentation, they say they will give you a full-14-day money-back guarantee - but in reality, you'll never get your money back because they use delay tactics to answer any of your questions. Most times, it took us 4 days to get a response. Just 4 questions will have you go beyond the refund limit of 14 days. Memberpress is a dud and almost cost us AUD$700 when the price was exchanged from Australian dollars to US dollars. It was an expensive lesson. What's worse, we researched the hell out of them before starting - but you can only rely on their word - which was full of fraudulent lies.

MemberPress bills itself as The “All-In-One” Membership Plugin for WordPress MemberPress will help you build astounding WordPress membership sites, accept credit cards securely, control who sees your content and sell digital downloads ... all without the difficult setup. This statement comes off of the MemberPress front page. Other things they said they offered with the membership we bought: * Advanced Paywall Options * Full Subscription Management * Full Transaction Management Here's the reality. * Poorly written tutorials that were difficult to follow * Poor support. Sometimes I had to wait for 4 days to get a response. * The software was not easy to use. * They have several options for credit cards, PayPal (3 options), Stripe and pay by check. *The reality.* None of the PayPal integrations worked. I spent 10 hours going back and forth with PayPal and MemberPress and all of the integrations failed. * I installed Stripe and according to the software, the installation was perfect. The first and only time it was used, it failed. * The affiliate program was not automated, as we were led to believe. The manual setup was a deal breaker. * When we asked for a refund, despite all of the problems, they stated that we went outside of the refund time and refused to refund the money. +++ In my opinion, this is fraud. Whatever you do, don't buy this software. The company IS NOT trustworthy.

We've used Memberpress since day one and we can easily manage 1000's of members on our website without any problems.
