Allison was great to work with on our Filevine expansion. She was flexible working with our global team's time zone requirements, patient in training and explaining things multiple times, and helpful in trying multiple creative solutions for our team's needs. In addition to handling our build, she was very conscious of our budget and made sure we understand how the system actually works and that we will be comfortable making our own updates going forward.

I've been using this LegalWare product for some time, and it's been a great feature to have it integrated with our system and to be able to visualize our case progress with this product. The folks at Rops do a great job and are very responsive and care about their clients.

Corey has been so patient in working to customize Filevine to work for our small, boutique firm. Thanks, Corey!!

She made the implementation process feel smooth and manageable, even when dealing with complex workflows and customizations. Jyme demonstrated professionalism, patience, and a genuine commitment to our success from start to finish. We truly appreciated her support and would highly recommend working with her to any firm implementing Filevine.

Rops is doing an amazing job helping us with our rebuild project. Corey is excellent at coming up with solutions and workarounds for our issues, and Brandon is a tech wiz. Huge thank you to them for their help.

The Rops team is knowledgeable, responsive, and highly collaborative. They bring a strong understanding of both the technical and operational side of Filevine, and they’ve been a valuable partner in helping us navigate a complex transformation. Highly recommend them to any firm looking for experienced, practical support.
