Great Support Session. I got all my questioned answered and ready to move on with MemberPress. Keep up the good work guys.

The plugin is truly an all-in-one for whoever wants to protect and monetise some of its content. Also, the customer service has been very quick to answer to a question I had.

I used to be with another membership platform, and it started to be too expensive for me, I came across MemberPress and I am sooooo delighted to have found you guys! It's user-friendly, offering so many great features, I've already got myself started building everything and it just makes me damn happy! Can't wait to launch it!

So far so very good! Probably haven't scratched the surface of what MemberPress can do but the basics are fantastic! Wish I had done this years ago instead of paying third party sites do run my memberships through. Now moving product sales to MemberPress, too! Saving a ton on top.

Works pretty good for content protection with Wordpress, but most of the UI is rough for your customers. It’s also tricky for you, for instance upgrading and downgrading requires cancelling your Membership and getting a new one. Add ons like coaching is also confusing. Finally, the initial price point for your first year should be closer to the standard price rather than doubling after the first year. This puts their price very close to self hosted solutions like Podia which offers better UI.
