Going on my 2nd year as a MemberPress subscriber. The software works very well and their support has been superb. If their pricing plan is suitable for your business model, they're your best choice.

The site works well for me. It's a little costly.

Unbeknown to me our MemberPress subscription had lapsed and we'd been running on 'half steam' so to say for a couple of years! The team were efficient and so helpful in finding out why our membership system was experiencing faults - happily we are now up and running again.

After researching options, it became clear that MemberPress was the obvious choice since it includes a fully featured learning management system (LLM) in addition to versatile membership features. It now also includes community building features, although I don't use these at this time since I already integrated my membership program with a BuddyBoss community.

I've been using MemberPress for years and find it to be consistently reliable, solid, effective, and rich in features. It is the backbone of my membership and training site. I experimented with other products and kept coming back to MemberPress. On the very rare occasions when I needed support their customer service was responsive and quick to find solutions.

The support team of MemberPress was way beyond my expectations, they were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in seeing you succeed. We use MemberPress as the core membership system for our online Pilates platform, and overall it has been a very solid choice. It handles subscriptions, recurring payments, trials, cancellations, member accounts, content protection, and course access in one place. What we value most is its flexibility. We have been able to build custom onboarding, retention flows, progress tracking, and other member experience features around MemberPress without having to replace the core system. The Stripe integration has also been very reliable for us. There are still areas that could improve, especially reporting, debugging, and visibility when third-party integrations have issues. But overall, MemberPress gives us the infrastructure and flexibility we need to run a customized membership business on WordPress.
