We were looking for a simple-to-setup solution that enabled members to update their annual subsriptions at the end of our membership year. We aren't upselling or targeting the general public; more a specialised corner of part of our country's rowing population. We wanted our members to have a simple process with one form to complete for either a renewal or joining us. Data became spread over WP, Kit and MP which made our reporting difficult. We will likely be reverting to a Mailchimp, Gravity Forms and Xero implementation.
