Software is well thought out and stays out of other tools expertise (page builder / theme / specialist) Addons are weaker, sometimes significantly, than core MembePress. Some setting are well hidden. Knowledge base/help search is weak. We have been unable to find reference to MemberPress names of settings and features. Some help/knowledge base seems out-of-date. That might be an impression not fact. Support is mediocre. System obscures how to request help. We have learned to expect help elsewhere and to run into assumptions of how a system should be built (multi language / forms). We have observed a correlation between difficulty of contacting support and quality.

This is truly a powerful piece of software and yet its usage has proven to be surprisingly simple so far. Still I have not yet used it to it's fullest and wants to capitalize on it to help launching and firmly solidify my business

Great support. They took the time to find out why payments weren’t processed correctly, which in the end was due to a security setting in the hosting.

Always helpful . Site is easy to negotiate for a beginner. Customer service always ready to help snd advise.

The tutorials are easy to follow and understand. Consequently, this transferred to an easier experience building my online course.

Memberpress does not support Ajax and also not good for multiple subscriptions :( Until we figured all this out was after 14 day refund so now they claim that there is no refund.

Support is excellent. I dealt with Anas who was fast and helped me with my issue. They exceeded my expectations.
