I have been a customer for 7 years. Everything I have used from them has been great and excellent prices. I have switched over everything from cleaning supplies, snacks/shakes, vitamins, essential oils, make up and skin care. I had 1 product that didn't work for me and the gave me a refund without question. I do wish people could sample being a customer for a couple months without the 35 point committment. I am done with other over priced MLM and pushy sales people.

Unfortunately dealing with this company has not been a good experience after they sent me an email saying they were sending me a backup order because I did not know I was a quote-unquote preferred membership customer because I thought I was just doing a one-time order they refuse to cancel my membership even though I sent several emails to the info at melaleuca.com like they tell you to so after the fourth email they send out a backup order anyway even though they had got an email telling me I wanted to cancel they could keep charging me I will continue to write reviews to update other people as to how long this process is taken so far it's been 6 weeks for email saying I don't want anything cancel my membership they sent out a backup order anyway and now it is been 10 days of them trying to take payment from my credit card even though I have had them blocked from my card.

The scam that these people run should be illegal. I had to turn to my credit card company because meleluca refused to discontinue my subscription and continued to bill me against my consent. These people should be ashamed at how this company is operating and this should be illegal. Telling me I have to jump through hoops in order to unsubscribe.. very unhappy. Will earn people about this scam before they get trapped as I did.

Można tutaj kupić produkty użytku codziennego bez chemii ciężkiej w bardzo przystępnej cenie. 😊 Widziałam przed chwilą komentarz, ze ktoś zgłosił rezygnacje na czas i konto bankowe zostało obciążone. Nie ma takiej możliwości. Nawet jeśli ktoś za późno złoży rezygnacje, można poprostu nie przyjąć paczki i telefonicznie wszystko sobie z firma wyjaśnić. Firma ma bardzo przyjaznych pracowników infolinii na która można dzwonić w wielu językach. Nie ma tutaj żadnego ryzyka. Polecam tą firmę z czystym sercem i sumieniem 😊 Czytając różne recenzje warto tez pamiętać o tym, że człowiek z natury prędzej na coś narzeka niż coś pochwali. I absolutely love Melaleuca products. It's so easy to find things for the whole family. Prices are compatible as well. Besides now with pandemic It's super convenient to shop from home. I started referring friends and they love it too. Those who claim It's impossible to cancel, I don't know what they're talking about. I had clients who canceled and it's wasn't an issue at all. Melaleuca has best customer service ever.
