MelaleucaReviews of melaleuca.com

Melaleuca is amazing. I can't imagine ever shopping anywhere else! I've been shopping here for over 22 years. We love that Melaleuca is all about offering healthier and safer products while helping customers save time and money. I love their axiom, exceptional products at reasonable prices. The products are amazing and their customer service is incredible. I love how Melaleuca cuts out the middleman, puts the money into science and higher quality ingredients and delivers the products direct to us, the customers, at wholesale pricing. I would never shop anywhere else.

Amazing company with great products and excellent customer service! I wouod recommend it to everyone

Our family has shopped with Melaleuca for over 13 years. We love the quality, price and convenience of shopping through their website. As a mom, I love that the products are safer and fresher than the store brands. I do appreciate the science behind many of the products. There's just no comparison to the store brands! Our son's breathing markedly improved in just 2 short weeks of removing the store brand products and converting our home over to Melaleuca's brand. We are forever grateful for that!

They rope you into monthly purchases, with terrible CDN$ exchange rates AND charge for shipping. Then you need to fill out and sign all sorts of forms if you want to get out. By the way, look up the owner. He’s a billionaire.

Współpracuje z Melaleuca od ponad roku. Jest to przyjazna firma i zdrowe wspaniałe produkty.

It is no doubt that the products work but some of the claims are not true. I compared the deodorant to another brand and the chemical content was actually lower. Second many of the products are being made in China, Vietnam so how natural can they be.

Melaleuca are now trying to charge customers for the extra duties that need to be paid since Brexit. Customers have to pay UPS the extra themselves and send in the receipt to Melaleuca. If this wasn’t bad enough they say if it’s over £30 extra to pay we will get a full credit if it’s under £20 they will credit customers by adding this to our Loyalty Shopping Points. This is outrageous as there was no prior notification of this before placing my order. This means we have to spend a further £20 with them which will add to the new duty and delivery charges when that delivery arrives. My Invoice in January said that the usual £7 for delivery is paid by the customer and that amount will be added to their Loyalty Points. They need to sort this out very quickly or I’m cancelling my subscription.

Unfortunately my experience with Melalueca has turned very sour when I tried to discontinue my account! Very difficult procedure, lost paperwork that should have canceled my account, many backup orders sent after the initial attempt at canceling my account which they refuse to reimburse fully or charge a restocking fee for. Overall like their products but have a terrible way of dealing with canceling accounts! Would not recommend them at all!
