The Renew Lotion cleared up my son's skin. The cleaning products eliminated the respiratory issues our old, namebrand cleaners used to trigger. I have been nothing but happy with my experience the last 2.5 years! Customer service has been excellent! Living in Phoenix occasionally some of my items are melted and they sent out a brand new items of whatever I ordered free of charge. Oh and they always answer in just a few rings. I love how they continue to improve products and increase effectiveness, concentration, etc. I also love that I can add things to my cart from my phone as I need them and checkout when I'm ready each month. I also have a friend who shops here and I really appreciate their flexibility. She cancels when she needs and reactivates when she's ready for a new order...it's perfect for her too!
