I have never experienced customer service like I have with this company. There was an issue with an order the incorrect flavor was sent. It may have been my error in ordering. When i called to explain it to the rep. She just sent a replacement no questions asked. Love this company and their products.

Wspaniała firma, dla ludzi, którzy lubią rozwój, są ambitni, wytrwali i nie marzą, że im coś z nieba spadnie. Czytając opinie poniżej łapie się za głowę, bo niestety każda z tych osób była w firmie miesiąc i oczekiwała milion dolarów na koncie. Doradziłabym, by każda z tych osób spróbowała otworzyć biznes tradycyjny i zobaczyła, kiedy będzie miała ten milion na koncie. Za trzy lata? Pięć? Dziesięć? Na pewno nie miesiąc. Produkty są świetne i gdybym miała drugi raz podjąć decyzję o dołączeniu, to nie zastanawiałabym się. Gdybym miała odejść, to i tak korzystałabym z produktów, ale wiem, że to się nie stanie, zostanę, bo takiego planu marketingowego nie ma żadna firma, a trochę ich już przerobiłam.

I have been doing business with Melaleuca for 1 year now but never made any real money. That is because I am one of those people who never made any money because I did not do anything. But I keep buying the products because I love them, specially their cleaning product. I got the company I work for to use it. Also everytime I have problems, when I call the customer service they are always very helpful and always solve my issue. I am sure that the time I will actually start doing the business, I will start seeing checques.

Nic dziwnego, że same dobre opinie są tylko i wyłącznie od "konsultantek". Osobiście radze unikać jakichkolwiek kontaktów z tą firmą.

I've been a preferred member with Melaleuca for over 18 years. I'm sorry, but I landed on this page while searching for something & will have to admit that I laughed at the negative reviews which there aren't many. First, one has to realize that this company is a privately run company with their own science and lab departments. They are worldwide & have a stellar A++ rating. IF anyone had a problem with cancelling their membership it is because it is they that can't write a simple letter to cancel it. I don't "work the business" but obviously the products are superior to others since I've been buying them once a month for 18 years. So have MILLIONS of other people. If you have to complain, maybe find the latest "scam" online and order products there. You won't find better products anywhere else. IF you're interested in healthier household products; absorbable patented nutritional proucts; up to date skin care & make up products; and SO much more. Oh, and the Customer Service? It doesn't get any better. I've only returned products, no questions asked, even an empty "bottle" policy, twice in 18 years.

I have been a customer from this amazing Co for more than 3 years now. I found Melaleuca by myself when I was looking for products that do not contain harmful and toxic ingredients, as I found out the hard way about the toxicity and contamination in the products that are in the market today. And that hard way was after I lost my parents due to cancer. My experience with this Co has been very positive. They have a great Customer Service that respond very quickly and nicely. In 3 different occasions they had exchanged the products I requested; they were sent either by my mistake when ordering a wrong item or by their mistake, by sending me a wrong item. They exchanged the products for free, without even asking me to return the wrong product and without having me to pay for the delivery cost. The products are very good, they really work, they have been helping me and my family with different health issues. And I was able to help other family members and my friends with any health problems as well. They are today very happy customers. In fact, 81% of Melaleuca Customers are just happy customers that for years, some of them for 35 years have purchased those amazing products. The prices are affordable and I was able to save and to purchase free products with their loyalty shopping program. I believe those negative reviews are because those people were not explained the proper way how this amazing Co works and therefore they misunderstood the steps and the rules; or the person who was referring them to Melaleuca was only looking at a way of making a commission paid instead of genuinely helping them. I believe honesty and integrity always win at the end of the road. It is actually very easy to cancel the membership. I myself have helped few of my friends doing so, when they had a very hard financial situation in an specific month. Then, I was able to help them re-connecting with the Co once they were ready and still they were able to purchase with the preferred member price. In my opinion, Melaleuca is a Co with great values of honesty and integrity, otherwise I would never share it with anyone because those are my own values. Thank you kindly!

Nie znam firmy, z lepszym planem marketingowym niż ta. Produkty są bezpieczne dla każdego, na naturalnych składnikach i przede wszystkim sa wydajne. Teraz widzę różnicę, po między tymi produktami a między produktami drogeryjnymi, w tych drogeryjnych czuć tę chemię, tutaj tego nie ma w produktach Melaleuca. 😊 W ciągu 90 dni można zwrócić produkt, nawet zużyty jeśli klient nie zostaje usatysfakcjonowany, i firma zwróci Ci pieniążki na konto. 😊 Kocham produkty, z tej firmy! Nie zamienię, ich na żadne inne. 😊

It took TWO weeks for someone to call me back regarding a fraudulent charge... claiming that the treasury department couldn't find the charge. Then they found the charge and let me know who placed the order online, but we have no one at the company by that name.... ALSO, the order was placed in Mexico City, MEXICO and we are in TEXAS... Melalecua advised me on 11.03 that we should see a refund in 3-5 days. NOPE, LIES. They charged us AGAIN on 11/10 - SO BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS! And I still have yet to hear back from Isaac, who helped me on the phone the first time two weeks ago who advised me we would have a refund on our card... Seems sketchy to me if you ask me.
