What you should know before signing up. You have to make a monthly order or they will send you random stuff that you probably don't even need, you have to meet a quota of certain amount of points per month, again if you don't they will send you random stuff, you cannot sell the items but if you don't for you alone making that monthly quota is almost impossible some of the products do almost nothing well other ones I actually like. If you have a friend that's already signed up just order from them it's not worth signing up just for yourself.

I wanted to like this company because I was joining to support a friend. There were a couple products I liked such as the activate drink mixes and some of the snack bars. However, I found most of the stuff to be overpriced and not to be as high quality as they claim that it is (see EWG ratings). The customer service was horrible. They don't reply to emails. They don't want to put anything in writing. They call you and then they try to sell you on other benefits as part of your membership. The commission policies are terrible. When you question them again they don't want to email you anything in writing. They want to talk about their shady practices on the phone and upsell you. I have found the reps to be very pushy until they have you sign up and then you don't hear from them most of the time. There were a lot of products that didn't taste good at all in the health line. I had a bad reaction to the vitamins because of how much they put in there. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The amount that you have to buy every month is ridiculous and it's hard to find enough product that you actually want. If you don't place an order each month they send you a backup order. If you have someone under you as a downline as a rep and you don't place an order for a month, they don't pay you commission even though they profit off of you from your downline placing orders. The first couple of months when you sign someone up is decent but then after that it drops like a stone and is a ridiculously low amount. They claim they are not an MLM but they are shady like one and sure sound like one.

Having worked the business, I think they have a great compensation plan and some good products, however, they are not the health and wellness products for me. Lots of unnecessary ingredients for a plant focused company, what ever happened to just single whole food ingredients? The most annoying thing in dealing with the company was when decided I wanted to cancel my account, they still tried to get a payment out of me for a backup order that I never received. Having worked in retail, accounting and customer service for over a decade myself, they should have just removed the balance owing, knowing that they still had the products in their warehouse rather pester me with a phone call every single day to pay the balance, just to leave a credit on my account for when I decided to return. Why give you my money to hold? Lastly, the CS rep I called about this had a bit of attitude when I said I don't think that I'll be shopping there again and if they would please stop contacting me with phone calls and texts. It's a great store for people looking for better options for the inner isles of the grocery store, not crunchy granola people like myself.

High prices, but generally quality products. The company is supporting reps and pays them, offers free product, and sends them on tropical trips if they meet sales and new rep enrollee quotas. Only one product I've tried so far, 4 months in, that was REALLY bad...the beef sticks. Both plain and jalapeño. Super fatty, not enough spice, and ran into gristel and a piece of bone! Not right, especially for the high price paid! Quality control is a cornerstone of customer satisfaction. Needs some work. The plain popcorn is also not great. Renew lotions are stellar! But again, expensive. Overall, not a bad experience but not great either. Lowering prices, better QC, and less payouts to reps with customers underneath might get them up to a 4 or 5 star rating. Right now...meh!

Please bring back the Tropical Scent Booster & match up all your laundry scents for all laundry products. My favorite scent is Tropical.

The products are nice but expensive. And canceling your membership is a pain!!! They make you go through a whole process of multiple emails, as well as printing and emailing/mailing/faxing the signed form back to them.

When my "mentor" approached me about joining, I really didn't have the money to spend and KNEW my friends would not have the money.. But I did receive my first order and I have to say, it did last quite awhile. I cancelled after my first order, because, like I said I just could not afford the price. I used my cleaning and disinfectant and was VERY HAPPY! My son came over and when he walked in, he stated how CLEAN my home smelled and not with a "cover up" or scented clean just a CLEAN smell. And I agree. I was getting ready to see if I could order more but again, the cost is outrageous. and after reading these reviews, the "pyramid" scheme was EXACTLY what I thought when I signed up back in 2020? But my products have lasted THIS LONG SOME of them. A lot of them I kept the packaging in case I ever wanted to reorder and not order the bottles.

No I am not a competitor. I have been buying from them for 3 years. The past 6 months the service has been horrible, so I just cancelled today. 3x they changed my backup order and sent me products I did not order and they suck. Some of their products are great but w/ the bad service I might as well go somewhere local.
