MelaleucaReviews of melaleuca.com

The atmosphere and food was absolutely amazing. Our wait staff ‘Marine’ went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after and that I had an enjoyable birthday meal there. I would definitely go back.

Love love LOVE this company based on over 20 years a customer. I started when I heard about safer products that I could use around our four young kids and never looked back. They ALWAYS pick up the phone and ALWAYS are helpful. Shocked at any negatives. They truly never took the time to know Melaleuca or its products and I feel sorry for those that didn’t. BTW They were just recently ranked as one of Americas most trusted brands by USA Today! So I guess they have a few satisfied customers; right. Thanks Melaleuca for the quality AND savings of time and money! <3

I am a new Melaleuca customer. I have tried quite a few products. I am very happy with the cleaning products they do a very good job but I was amazed at a couple. RENEW lotion feels so good on my skin and really does a superior job. Several makeup products are very well made and I prefer them outright. I bought several cleaning tissues for our vehicles and they are great. I am a happy customer.

I was first introduced to Melaleuca around the year 2000 and am just a regular customer (no business building). My favorite items are Renew lotion, the bar soaps, Sei Bella Skincare, herbal deodorant, the cleaning and laundry products. For now, I use enough that I don't have any problem meeting the preferred customer 35pt monthly commitment. CANCELING: There have been times when I needed to switch from preferred to direct customer. The link to cancel can be found on the app or the website under ACCOUNT>ACCOUNT SETTINGS. It's very easy to do, just follow the instructions. I do get frustrated when a favorite product is discontinued and there is either no replacement or the new formulation is not to my liking.

I signed up a year ago for the Melaleuca service and have had no problems with the products or customer service. In fact, their customer service is beyond good. I decided to cancel my membership in March simply because we had a surplus of products and won't need any for a while. Many of the reviews I read here state that it is a membership and you have to order enough products to tally a 35 point order or the company sends you a back up order that you put together when you first join. That much is true. However, you can also order without the membership and without a requirement to accumulate a certain number of points. Do the products cost a bit more without the membership? Yes, they do but I have a couple of supplements that I really like and will continue to order them and pay a bit more to get them because I have had good results. It is stressful trying to watch your budget and still meet the required points but just shopping without the membership works just fine. I just wanted to clear up the misconception about having to be a member to order. You do not.

My name is Dion Wilson and I am a real person, I've been a customer with Melaleuca for 2 years now and couldn't be happier. I started out as a customer "only" in July and began to refer others in October, just made sense to share with others... no harm no foul. And yes, I have had some that (for whatever reason) decided to cancel their membership. I must say that after reading some of these reviews, I don't understand the problem, not one person (NOT ONE) and I've had several, had an issue with canceling their membership. I don’t often leave reviews, in fact this is probably my first ever!! But it just irked me with some of these reviews, claiming that they had such issues... personally I call bull crap. Just my two cents. Dion Wilson DNDwilson LLC

I have been a customer for over a year and I have been happy with many of their products. I just got the Tough and Tender vanilla scented cleaner and it smells so good and works great! I have tried several of the cleaners and have been happy with the results. I am happy that the cleaners are safe as it gives me an opportunity to pass on the cleaners to my younger sons and get them cleaning! I have experienced great customer service with this company and so far so good. If you do cancel you need to do it in writing at the beginning of the month. If you wait too long you may need to wait until the following month. Make sure you do your research if you want to cancel a membership. If done correctly I don 't think there should be a problem.

Very satisfied with most products purchased thus far! Love the microwave popcorn=Delicious!! My daughter & I love the make-up!! Not so pleased with the poor quality of some liquid soap dispensers, drips too much after pump is pushed. Bar soaps and lotions are nice, good to have more natural products in our home! Thanks!
