The person who got me into the program made false promises: if I used NutraView for 3 months I would see a difference in my vision. There was no change after 5 months. I wound up with a rash from their bar of soap and their laundry detergent. After using the dishwasher soap I found white powder on several dishes several times before throwing the rest away. The actually burned into the plastic- white powder that can't be removed! I do like a few of their cleaning products (so 2 stars).

Offer better and faster options for cancellation instead of trying to keep someone on the phone for 10 min with multiple holds. If the link isn’t what’s easiest to fill out a form, then send them one by mail or offer another option and send instructions by email. In other words make it easy! Every order I received had boxes that were damaged or lids off of products and not worth it to say anything bc they just keep you on the phone for forever. Highly annoying. Products don’t work as well as other companies except maybe berberine. The person wouldn’t just send instructions & call ended in a hang up as it was so frustratingly time wasting.

Unfortunately there products gave me a rash and made my cat eyes runny… the moisturizer made my skin brake out in hives. The laundry detergent seems ok but the dishwasher detergent didn’t clean my dishes that good unless I do a 3 hour wash…the supplements are ok so far the food snacks aren’t the best but ok… products are expensive. The cleaning products aren’t the best window cleaner leaves streaks, the toilet bowl cleaner simply doesn’t clean.

Ogólnie nie polecam. Melaluca chyba celowo utrudnia wszystko po to, aby co miesiąc wyłudzać kasę na niepotrzbne w danej chwili produkty. Generalnie same produkty do prania są dobre ale reszta bez rewelacji. Znajdą się na ryku lepsze o niższej cenie i bez uwiązania umową, gdzie co miesiąc MUSISZ wydać około 300 do 400zł. Jeżeli nie uzbierasz 35 punktów co miesiąc z zamówienia to Melaluca nie dokoptuje ci do tej sumy, jeżeli zamówiłeś namniejszą kwotę tylko wyśle osobny pełno 35 punktowy zestaw którego nie chciałeś. Ja tak raz zamówiłam za jakieś 18 punktów poczym Melaluca dosłała mi pełen 35 punktowy zestaw. Nie podoba mi się taka praktyka jest to czyste siedzenie na portflu klienta.

Nie polecam. Byłam przez chwilę pracownikiem i klientem, musze przyznać że przetestowałam większość ich produktów i większość nie jest warta zachodu a na pewno nie tych pieniędzy, są rzeczy które sa fajne jak melagel ale żeby dla jednego czy dwóch produktów ryzykować miesięcznymi zakupami ktore nie są tanie lepiej dać sobie spokój. Trzeba właśnie uważać, tak nie ka jedynych zakupów, jak chcesz produkty podpisujesz subskrybcje miesięczna na nie małe pieniądze.

Cleaning products are good. Meaning non toxic. Make sure you read ingredients on everything you want to purchase. Not happy to find sucralose in the electrolytes. Not happy that the first ingredient in the baby lotion is soybean oil. Read the ingredients. This company sells itself for being clean on ingredients. It's not.

Here is my honest review. They get two stars because I really liked their laundry and cleaning products as well as the electrolytes for my son. I do like that someone answers the phone if you call. The problems: It became a chore having to order every month so I called them (you have to call to cancel). The gentleman said he could set it up to where my account will just accumulate certificates every month, then I can buy with those certificates when I’m ready. 👍 Sounded good to me. Today I went to buy and use my $216 of certificates (I’ve purchased, my money) and the $30.15 of loyalty dollars my account had earned. Nope!👎 melaleuca still wanted me to spend an additional $150 to earn the 35 points. My certificates (that I purchased, should act as cash!!) do not accumulate points. Took 1 hour over the phone for them to run the order for me on the back end. They did not honor My $30.15 earned Loyalty rewards. My time was worth more than those $30. It took an additional 20 minutes to cancel my account. Melaleuca will email you a form you must fill out, sign and email back in order to try and cancel. And you have to wait a couple days for them to process and email you a confirmation it was cancelled. I am super disappointed and upset with melaleuca. I was trying to support an American company. I would not sign up or recommend signing up to anyone.

I’ve bought over $100 a month for a year. Some of the products are good but about half of the products do not perform as well as my old products. Just to name a few: the toilet bowl cleaner has to be used every other day vs weekly for my old one. The laundry pre-spot and laundry detergent don’t get stains out. You have to order by a certain date or you get a backup order. It has proven difficult to remember to order in time. The last straw is how difficult it is to cancel. I have cancelled other services over the years and have not had to print off a form, fill out the form and send it back. Just take a cancellation over the phone or have an online cancellation. Don’t insult us by making us jump through hoops.
