I like their products somewhat, but the monthly 35 points is actually ridiculous and not worth the membership. I will never do that again. Also trying to cancel was the biggest pain in the rear. They make you write out on paper that you cancel and then you have to email it to them. I had to call three separate times to get them to cancel. They wouldn’t take my card off file either which was extremely frustrating. Also I paid for shipping to ship their stuff back to them and they never sent me the email with the shipping label. That’s 11 dollars down the drain plus I’m stuck with 80 dollars worth of products that I can’t use

Awful. They removed live chat years ago to save the company money, because they don't care about people who have disabilities. For the last few months or more, their products don't ship until 2-3 weeks, so you're actually ordering a month in advance. I never got my last order. I E-mailed them and they never responded. They have some unethical practises, like they hold your monthly cheque hostage until you watch a monthly video; you can't skip it, and you have 15-20 seconds to click next, or you'll have to play the whole thing again, opposed to just having them in a library to watch at any time. I can't update my login E-mail, it's my girlfriend's old E-mail, and they said to call to change it, that is unacceptable, I have poor phone service hear and I often have canker sores, that are ungodly awful and I can't speak. They use awful grammar and mixed casing, which is annoying to look at. Since they changed their website over, it requires more clicks to add items to your cart; annoying and unnecessary. I've been with Melaleuca for over 10 years and they have really gone downhill. The only good thing about them is that their laundry detergent lasts a few months per bottle.

I'm writing this review not because of the products, but because of what my family experienced after a Melaleuca distributor knocked on our door. A representative came to our home offering wellness products and a "great opportunity." I was almost sold. Then my 11-year-old daughter did what kids do, she looked him up on Facebook. What she found wasn't just unprofessional. It was horrifying. Through his profile, she found a page belonging to someone married to a Melaleuca director, a man named Russell Peck. That page was filled with shockingly hateful, racist statements about Muslims. It claimed we are "destroying this country," that we are the reason for everything wrong in America, and that we should leave. My daughter is 11. She was born here. So was I. We are a peace-loving Muslim family. We pray, we work, we contribute, and we have never harmed anyone. But reading those words made her feel like she doesn't belong in her own country. She cried for weeks. She didn't want to leave the house. She didn't want to talk to anyone. She asked me why people hate her for something she can't control and has never done. I tried to shield her from this kind of hatred. But it found us at our front door, through a company that claims to care about health and wellness. The distributor himself seemed horrified when confronted. I don't blame him for what his upline posted. But here's the reality: if you're going to be the face of a company, especially one that markets itself as family-friendly and faith-based, you don't get to keep your public racism separate from your business. You don't get to profit from Muslim families while your colleagues spew hate about us online. And if Melaleuca tolerates this, enables this, or ignores this? Then they are complicit. I don't care what your opinion of Muslims is. You're entitled to it. But when you're in business, you don't get to put your hate on display and pretend it doesn't affect real people. Real children. Real families who just want to live in peace. I will never do business with Melaleuca. And I hope anyone reading this understands what kind of people represent this company, whether officially or through their upline. We have done nothing to hurt this country. We were born here. And no company that embraces this kind of hatred will ever get a dime from us.

SCAMMERS!! They will charge your card and send you crap you don't need if you don't buy the allocated amount of products each month. BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY!! It's hard to cancel and they charge you to send their unwanted crap back!!

Well I became a member like 5 months ago. Did my ordering every month , but first of all notice a charge to a melaleuca company and to Canada phoned and they said they didn’t understand how that could happen ! Let that go then July 1st we were away and they placed there order on 1:03 am on July 1st ! And I happened to phone in July 2nd to place my membership on hold as was going on holidays to which I found out about the order on July 1st to which I never received a e mail about but as I am chatting with them the e mail comes in ! Asked if they could cancel the order they sent for $110 they said oh no it is already gone out ! Asked what was in the order and found out most of the stuff I would never use and we are a scent free home as have one that is asthmatic. ! Didn’t even listen to! So that order took 8 days to come and they sent me a return sticker to return ! So I did that , then yesterday the 15th called and the person says oh yes we have your refund in your Melalucca account which I had cancelled ! Asked why it was sitting there ?? Said oh I will put in your visa account which was $82 dollars ! So they took $28 dollars to ship stuff that I would never use. To me it is a prymid scheme ! Sill haven’t got my money back as he said it could take 5 business days but only tool a couple of seconds to take money out of my account ! SO READ ALL THE FINE PRINT with this company !
