With 40 miles so far I give the Pro, 5 stars for fit, finish and function. Inserting The rubber cover for the charging port is very difficult. I had a defective tire and the problem was resolved quickly with Sam replying within one business day to my emails and sending new tire. 5 stars to customer support..

Breeze Pro, Great bike, excellent customer service. Highly suggest the dual battery option for increased distance and some extra though not needed pep. Glad I did my research and chose Meet One.

Love this company love my bike when it arrived in the mail part of my wiring harness was cut they put a new wiring harness in the mail for me I got it super fast in like a week and my bike works great love it

Meetone Customer service was extremely helpful. I own a Meetone Tour model and was interested in having backup batteries to take along on my rides. I needed clarification on which batteries would be compatible with the Tour model trike, since there currently are 48V batteries that are 15 AH, 20AH, and 25AH. Also, there are different chargers available. The CSR was able to explain all my options. Very pleased with the prompt reply also.

I just love my Meet one we’ve gone 300 miles on our Meet one since May and we absolutely love it and we are recommending to everyone we know thank you very much for the free gifts and acknowledgment. I ordered the MeetOne Tour in the last week of June with delivery scheduled for first week of August. It was delivered as promised with no issues. I contacted customer support with a variety of questions while waiting and received quick responses. Since I had already done a test ride I knew what to expect and it met my expectations. Recently one of the rear shocks began leaking oil. I contacted customer support and within hours I had a response asking for further information. I sent what they requested and within two days they sent me the tracking information for two new shocks that are being shipped. I have purchased bikes from several different companies over the last couple years and MeetOne customer support is definitely a top tier service. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
