Food was exactly as advertised. It came frozen. A couple of times a bag was open or crushed, however, I am guessing that happened in transit. A couple of times the dry ice bag was exploded but again, i think it happened during shipping. I am pleased with the company and my dog loves the product.

Our dogs love this food and it is so easy to store and feed straight from the freezer! Their breath is great and coats never shinier!

My two Irish Wolfhounds, 3 y/o and 12 wk old, love Maev! As far as service goes, sometimes the shipping email is produced a few days prior to the order actually shipping, which can be confusing. I'd prefer to receive an email when the product actually ships.

We were the 1st customers from Hawaii! I immediately received an email from Maev explaining that this would be the first time shipping to Hawaii and to let them know of any issues. Such awesome customer service! The food came in great shape, still frozen, just a little defrosted. My dog Burrito inhaled the food as soon as I set it in front of him, and he is a picky eater! I would definitely recommend Maev food! Thank you Maev!!!

Hey Dori & Burrito, we are so excited to have finally reached Hawaii and couldn't be happier to hear about your great experience. The whole team is eager to keep in touch and hear all about Burrito's raw food journey. Thanks for sharing!

I love Maev! The products have given years back to my senior dog. The only issue I have is that the food and bone broth sometimes thaw a little during shipping and refreeze into large chunks that are too big for my Yorkiepoo to eat. However, that is no fault of Maev (and it just takes a little more prep time to thaw it enough to break it back apart). Keep up the great work!

I’ve been getting food delivery regularly for over a month now, the boxes are always damaged like they’ve traveled across the country, I live about 4.5 hours away from New York? Last shipment food seemed more defrosted than normal.

Food arrived completely thawed out in a soggy box. Put it in the freezer, per customer service instruction, and it’s now frozen as one big block of food. We have to chisel off pieces of raw meat for our dog for every meal, it’s disgusting and time consuming. It also did not come with a scoop as promised, so we were not even sure how much to feed our dog. Customer service was not very prompt. They said they’d send another scoop & never did. This is a good concept, but this company is NOT ready for mainstream distribution yet. A total waste of $120!

Your company is wonderful to work with. I had to add and change things around and you handled it without any problems. Thank you so much
