I think the food is great. The ingredient list is exactly what I was looking for and it was easy to feed. Unfortunately delivery has been unreliable and the amount of food in each bag has been varied. The first time one of my orders was delayed, I was willing to give them another try and I stocked up so that I would never again be in the position of running out of food and having to buy other food from a pet store to keep my dogs fed. Since that time, my orders have been delayed twice, and I am again almost out of food. I was also told that each bag would have 20 cups of food in it. When I got the first order, I measured it and it did indeed have 20 cups. The bags in orders that followed that have had as little as 14 cups. I've asked for an explanation of the differing amounts but haven't received an answer. There is no phone number to get help, only text and email. The email responses have consistently come within 24 hours, but I never received a response from texts I have sent. I won't be ordering from them again.

**Update** My money was refunded a week prior to them replying to my review/complaint. But like I said my problem was not the dog food (my dog seem to love the frozen food and her skin issues went away) but w the customer service. I would feel better about the company if they actually had 1800# and a actual real person to talk w in times such as the 1 I experienced. I have no issues with the dog food itself but w the customer service. BUYER BEWARE! My dog passed on the July 6, I canceled my membership by way of email on July 7th. I received a responding email say that they es sorry for my loss and that my membership and future orders were being canceled immediately!.. well 3wks later they charged me 150$ and now they are hard to get a hold of! And if they're shady in 1 department you must ask yourself what else are they shady at? I wouldn't trust my next dog w this company.

We live in Texas we’re the heat is 90°<. We firstly ordered the trial pack and because of how small it did in fact melt. I wrote to maev on 3 different things thinking the weren’t gonna answer. Within minutes they answer on all platforms I reached out to and solved the problem and we’re very kind about it. I felt like a total jerk cause the messages sounded really bad lol. So sorry and thank you!

no idea who they are and have never used them but great

One semi frozen block was delivered. Looks like the package began to thaw and the meat on the outside was soft but the inside was frozen solid. Not in cute cubes like advertised but in a giant block. That tells me the cubes thawed once before and we’re then refrozen. The box it came in was the cheapest quality, it was wet and soggy. Yeah the websites good but I never had a problem like this when ordering raw food from Chewey. At this price, I would avoid it at all costs.

I like Maev's products, but I get paid every 14 days like most people get paid either that or every 7 or 28 days. Weekly, Bi-weekly or monthly. Your billing options are most likely convenient for your company. I was going to order, but now, like many others are hesitant.
