Welp still waiting for an order over 400.00 id rather deal with a company that has a phone number not confident with a text or email company

I ordered Maev last month and had 3 deliveries in a row that were thawed and the box looked like it had been smashed. Twice I had to file a complaint with the company they use for deliveries, the third time I just didn’t even bother. All the deliveries came with UPS and was a 2 day delivery. They only ship food out on Mondays so if it shows up defrosted, you have to wait until the next week for another shipment. I’m very confused on what is happening and why the box is smashed, the food is covered in lint packaging and defrosted by the time it arrives. At this point I feel like it’s a big joke and Ace Ventura is my delivery driver. The food looks like good quality but I still can’t seem to get a delivery that i can actually feed to my dog. I will most likely try again at some point but hoping they rethink the packaging.

Good service . Only negative is that in the packaging, there is all of this lint type material. Highly annoying as I have to rinse each bag before I place into freezer.

Always on time. I am using the vitamins for weight and digestion. I am on my second month and so far have not encountered issues with digestion. Very pleased.

I started using Maeve for my dog last year. The first few months everything was great. Unfortunately the last 2 orders have declined in quality so much that I was forced to cancel my membership. They are adding thick pieces of fat to the food to compensate weight. My dog’s digestive system is very sensitive and he got sick so we had to stop feeding him Maeve. I wrote an email to the company explaining the reason for my cancellation and they said they k no problem we understand. They didn’t seem to care much or be willing to solve the issue. Very disappointed ☹️
