I love how easy the website is to make order changes and updates. It’s great for someone like me who waits until the last minute to change things!

I am a HUGE fan, already - within his first week trying Maeve mixed in with his normal food, my senior greyhound Daytona has shown an improvement in mobility and mood!! He is LOVING it!! My scoop was missing from my first box, but they were quick to send one out as soon as I messaged. Then, the day we got it it went into the dishwasher by accident...I reached out asking how to buy a replacement and they just sent me one! Totally above and beyond. We are now phasing out the canned food and going to do kibble for snacking (he likes to nosh on it throughout the day) and Maev for the staple of his diet! The food is easy to store in the freezer, easy to scoop out to serve, and he loves eating it frozen!

Horrible customer service. Had a couple issues come up and the team did very little to help render the issue. The timing on their product and delivery is very hard to change. We originally had “15 lbs” but when changing the frequency “every 3 weeks” also changed the weight to “5lbs”. Now we have an over expensive bag bc we only “bought one bag” rather than 3 (which we tried to). But we were also blamed by customer service that we didn’t know how to use their services... no discount or anything done to the situation from company Also be aware the first time we got the product they gave us different quality levels to look for. Originally they said the food being a giant block of ice was not edible for my dog. They said the throw it out. When the second bag came, it was a block again. So I threw it out and contacted customer service to send another one. And they said that the food was “fine for my dog”. And since we already used their welcome discount. They didn’t not credit us or do anything to render the issue except send us more food and told that we threw out perfectly good food. Very worrisome.... The food comes mostly in a giant block and not as advertised on social media. Everyday I have to defrost the food which increases the chance of food borne illness. They are also not open on the weekends so if there’s an issue with ur dog food order over the weekend your dog is out of food for a few days.

Very happy with the food. My dog loves it. I thought it being frozen might be a challenge but he actually prefers it frozen he’s very happy boy.

So nice to see my old dog get excited about eating again - she loves the raw food and vitamin bars. I also like that I can keep it in my freezer with no smells rather than having a bag of kibble stashed away in my closet always giving off the constant scent of dog food

My dog loves the health bars. Once you set up your account the health bars arrive every month without any fuss or work on my part. They send me a tracking number so I can also see where it is in the shipping process and when to expect the new pack of bars. The packaging is really nice too.

Maev products are amazing! My puppy would have to agree - she loves her daily dose of vitamins :) Katie is also wonderful to work with, she truly cares about the health and happiness of your dog.
