MaevReviews of meetmaev.com

Maev is unbelieveable! Katie and Jeff are wonderful to work with and are super knowledgeable about the industry. Sully was starting to turn up his head to his food and once we tried the Maev products he was overjoyed. They definitely have a customer for life in me :)

My dog loves the vitamin bars, he’s excited when we open his nightly treat. I love the convenience and knowing the health benefits he’s getting.

Their shipping is all over the place. you may get it tuesday, thursday, or friday or never. I had a trip planned and caused a great deal of stress when food never arrived all week until Saturday. I was supposed to leave Sunday. The dogs have no food and I am on the computer trying to fix things. They never shipped it and i know this because tracking was provided and ups never got the package and only shipping info was sent. They seem to have no priorities. Once you subscribe they dont care. I am canceling as its not worth all the stress. They finally email me and say you should have received it.(Really??? well you should have sent it!!!) and they are sending me a new package on Monday. Thats a whole week late and what is crazy is now i dont even know if it will come tuesday or wednesday or thursday??!! if you wanna order maev you should be someone who never leaves home and have a lot of freezer space and have extra all the time. SO STRESSFUL

I ordered the sample to give this brand a try and I saw it shipped on 3/23 and arrived on 3/27 completely thawed out and smelled terrible when I opened the package and the bone broth was like water so safe to say I cannot feed this to my dog and will request a full refund. Update: I emailed meetmaev and they shipped me out a new order and it arrived still frozen and my dog enjoyed it. I'm a little skeptical ordering a subscription due to the fact that the shipping has be 50/50 so far.

Saw some reviews about not knowing about this dog food service being a subscription. When I ordered my first order I was completely aware this was on a subscription basis. Maev has been the best choice for my golden doodle, Ronin, there is a noticeable improvement in his coat, energy, and overall health. Lvoe the refills I get on a 4 week basis. Ronin knows what they are now and bounces around when I carry it in :)

Maev is great in theory but a disaster in execution. They simply do not have the needed infrastructure to execute. It is literally impossible to get a customer service rep via the two options that they provide ( text 411 to 29071.....yeah good luck with that one, or sending a message to hello@meetmaev). I have emailed and sent texts MULTIPLE times - never to get any follow up. The owner of the company finally called me after I received three shipping notifications only to never receive the product, and requested a refund from my credit card co. but as for the email or text options- forget about it. If you order from this company, and you have an issue ( which you will) you will be in Siberia trying to get resolution. Finally, when I did get finally get my thrice promised shipment, like the other review- it was thawed out and in clumps. Simply not useable and nothing I was willing to take a chance giving my dogs at that point. Finally I have to believe the positive reviews are paid reviews - I cannot believe that my experience which was the worst of any online order that I have ever placed ( and I place thousands of dollars in orders in a month on a huge variety of sites....yes I'm an early adopter and , I enjoy shopping:)) was an exception. Oh and why am I submitting another review now? Because they never stopped my automatic shipments after the first disaster - so they have again charged my credit card and I'm back in the abyss of trying to get help resolving their mistake ( once again ignoring my texts and emails - so I've been charged for this crap that I don't want, and will be surprised frankly if I ever receive, based on the first nightmare in getting the shipment) .Save yourself the headache - DO NOT ORDER from this company.

The customer service has been wonderful. All my questions are answered quickly and the follow-up is wonderful. I continue to think Maev is the best food to happen to my little Frenchie Lola. She loves it as much today as she did the first day she got it. Before Maev came along she never ran to her food, EVER! She runs to every meal. Thanks, Maev, Denise

I was skeptical at first but my dog is absolutely in love with Maev! Once he hears the crinkling of the bag he runs over and he eats his whole meal without any issues. Customer service is always super quick to help as well. I really couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the product!
