I started out thrilled with Maev about a year ago. However, at this point in time I will never use them again. My dogs ate the weight and digestion blend for over a year and did amazing on it, until some company changes were made and the quality went DRASTICALLY downhill. Suddenly my dogs stools changed despite always eating the same thing, ingredients were swapped out with no warning (their kale and peas are now whole instead of blending it up into squares , and they claimed that this was in order to keep the ingredients more "pure" - yet my dogs were passing whole peas and not even getting the proper nutrients from the vegetables), the coconut oil was changed out for peanut butter with no notice, and suddenly there was tons of fat and grizzle included. Overall, it is very clear to me that they are attempting to cut corners and save costs, and I'm not comfortable putting my dogs health at risk for this. Really sad and disgusting considering they used to be amazing.

Great customer service! One of our deliveries was delayed by nearly a week. When contacting customer support, the reply was quick and honest! They were nice enough to provide a generous discount on next order! Appreciate the great support.

Package came perfect even still had some dry ice so meat was all frozen.

I have written a review below but feel the need to update, now with 5/5. The customer service has been improving and the shipping/packaging have improved drastically. The food was VERY frozen, box and tape were not soggy, ample ice inside, better packaging!! We LOVE the product… And now that the prior issues have been solved we will continue to buy and now recommend! Thank you to Maev for an awesome product…. Now let’s get another formula! :-)

Two problems. First, you recommended using a program called Route to follow my delivery. I downloaded it and began to fill my data when the program began asking me about some data about my email I perceived, as dangerous to share, so I quit it. Then, without the program, it was somehow difficult to know where was the delivery. Your messages were a little confuse (for me) In the end, the food arrived at the promised day. Not frozen, but cold, which I thought was ok. I hope next time it is easy for me to understand your messages.
