I gave you one star because I can not find no stars. I will never deal with Med Mart again. You all have the information on your records. Your customer service sucks. You all need to call someone back and don't tell people how sorry you are unless it is meant! Kristen and Lindsey were the only 2 people that did what they said they would do.Med Mart as a whole is awful and full of liars.

Online site said item in stock. Bought and ordered 2300 dollar item 3 days later notified that’s its not in stock while sitting on my money. Update today. Company called and sent a more expensive units that was in stock to me at no extra charge. Thank you med mart!!

You sent me an email on Saturday saying my ramp would be delivered on Sunday. It is now 3:15 on Monday afternoon and still no delivery. My plans to leave the house using the ramp today have been cancelled since I can't leave the house without the ramp.
