With my husband's newly acquired disability I needed immediate help in transferring him from wheelchair, bed, chair, etc. Called Med Mart and they were very helpful in explaining the product of interest. Christen (sp?) placed the order in a quick and professional manner. I felt confident in the quality of this transaction.

Your chat response is non-existent! Your email response no better. I have been trying to check when my wheelchair would be shipped...the ordering presentation said Ships by Sept 27. Now customer service says Oct 11. If I had known that you don't actually have products on shelf, I would not be placing an order. Talk About Bait and Switch!! If we are ordering a wheel chair, wouldn't it be because we need it now not next month??

We order a hospital bed in August. I contacted customer service in September. They said, it would be 3 more weeks before the bed would be shipped. We still have no dated for it being shipped and best of all - IT WAS CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD IN AUG. WE ARE PAYING INTEREST ON SOMETHING WE DON'T HAVE.
