My chair was advertised as being for people up to six foot four I'm only six 2 and yet my feet still hang off the end of the footrest I was disappointed

Saw the scooter on line. Called the order number and did not have to wait for them to answer. The woman I spoke to was friendly, helpful and informative. the scooter is on back order and will arrive the middle of October. I will let you know about how the scooter works after it arrives.

Was not familiar with Med Mart until I went to Amazon, Walmart, etc. to check on the walker I waned, before placing it went to Google who knows all and up came Med Mart. The price was certainly better and the website very easy for a senior, senior. Hopefully the order goes through fine as the walker I ordered from Walmart was canceled because of a price increase.

I have no complaint with the buying process. The information provided on the website was valuable information.
